The review is for Richard. He is so nice and easy to talk to. His professionalism shines through his personality and the service they offer. Though my family didn't end up signing up for services, he made such an impression that I was still compelled to leave him a review.

I'm normally skeptical with businesses that have all 5 stars but Platinum Management does in fact deserve all five plus more. Richard is knowledgeable, friendly, organized and informative in his field. I hired him to be my property manager. He quickly found a great tenant even during the Christmas holidays which is normally a slow time. He did a great job with making sure tenants have a clean back round and credit so that we would not have issues in the future. So far I am pleased with his service and his fee, which is far below what others charge. I truly feel he cares about his clients and does not take advantage to over charge his services. Highly recommend that you give him a try, you won't be disappointed.

Organized and thorough. Every information we asked for was provided in a timely manner. Correspondence with him was so easy and so quick. Process of completing paperwork was a breeze.
